🔎 Google announced the ability to promote loyalty benefits directly on Google Shopping Ads.
This new feature will have HUGE benefits to brands with loyalty programs, including eliminating a common point of abandonment when moving from Google to the brand website for loyalty benefits.
🍟 McDonald’s set to release a “reimagined” digital app aimed to drive Gen-Z loyalty.
Each day’s virtual events include a mix of “menu hacks” and food deals that invite McDonald’s app users to “build their own” Apple Pie McFlurry or McFlurry Sandwich.
🛒 American retailer Bed, Bath & Beyond launched a new loyalty program.
There are three ways members can participate in the new program — a free tier Welcome Rewards, Welcome Rewards+ ($29 per year) and Welcome Rewards credit card.
📲 Voyager Loyalty Program got upgraded with a focus on 'refer a friend'.
The update pushes members to spread the word to earn big. Allowing members to earn up to $100 VGX for each friend referred. There are no limits to the number of people members can refer.
