To help its clients create NFT loyalty programmes, Salesforce has unveiled Salesforce Web3. The new NFT management platform was introduced by the supplier of customer relationship management software on March 15th.
With Salesforce Web3, which is currently in limited release, businesses can engage with their customers in entirely new ways by integrating Customer 360 data with Web3 data to obtain a comprehensive understanding of how customers engage with their brand across both established and emerging digital environments.
According to Salesforce, it started evaluating Web3 technologies last year and completed 275,000 transactions successfully while it was still in its experimental stage. Some businesses, including the whiskey producer Crown Royal, the toy distributor Mattel, and the fashion manufacturer Scotch and Soda, tested Salesforce's technology using their own Web3 technologies.
