Top 5 Reasons why your Loyalty Program is struggling
To enhance Visa card loyalty programs across Europe, Visa has partnered with Reward, a global leader in consumer engagement and benefits programs.
The first launch is scheduled to promote the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. Visa will provide customers a comprehensive, omni-channel reward experience with content and incentives across borders, so that tourists visiting the Olympics can access local offers.
Visa will utilise Reward's 'Home & Away' X-border technology, which provides global, regional, and local offerings, playing a significant part in Visa's consumer engagement strategy across three continents.
The Loyalty People really like this use of technology to breakdown cross border customer programs. It will be great to see how this works when aligned to an amazing event like the Olympic and Paralympics Games.
The world is a small place in consumers minds and we don't see our loyalty programs as having national borders. It's great to see Visa investing in a solution to make this available and we look forward to seeing how this will develop other programs globally.

Gavin Dein, founder and CEO of Reward said "Our mission is to make everyday spending more rewarding and this partnership with Visa Europe, supports us in continuing to do exactly that. In delivering the content and capabilities that underpin Visa loyalty programmes, we hope to provide exceptional experiences for millions of Visa and Visa Issuer customers across Europe.
Additionally, Dan Truscott, Head of Loyalty Solutions at Visa stated "Our Loyalty Solutions programme offers a seamless and flexible digital experience that adds value for consumers, participating businesses and issuers and is easily adaptable to each of our bank partners' loyalty strategies. We are delighted to build on our existing partnership with Reward and look forward to our work together on issuer loyalty programmes across Europe."
