The highest rated offer type by a long way was a deep discount. Running limited-time last-minute Valentine's offers on your products or services can drive additional sales.
Runners up for favourite offer types included personalised offers (not as relevant when you're buying for someone else) and points that lead to money off. Less than 9% of respondents said they liked having exclusive access to products through their loyalty scheme.
The highest rated loyalty mechanics for providing the most value were discount codes and loyalty apps. If you don't have a loyalty app - would you be able to have your brand featured on one with an established partner programme such as Swapi?
You don't have to alienate your single customers either - offers and messaging could be your Valentine's gift to them for their loyalty.
