The Loyalty People and The Gift Club have collaborated to organise "The Big Handshake - Loyalty," a 2 day networking and learning event which brings together the top minds in the industry. As specified on the title this event will solely focus on the LOYALTY industry and prior to previous events there will be five loyalty based workshops presented within the two days.

We kick off on October 16th with an 'invitation only' afternoon specifically for Heads of Loyalty, CRM, Data Analytics and Marketing. These VIPs will participate in talks from the newest generation of loyalty experts as well as take part in collaborative workshops that discuss the latest and most innovating trends. The afternoon will conclude with a networking session to share thoughts and opinions on recent loyalty insights with peers.
