Our first panel session will see industry heavyweights explore how employee engagement influences customer loyalty. Hosted by Tom Peace, MD of The Loyalty People, they’ll get to the bottom of whether there is a silver bullet to align the two, and if it is possible to build a single loyalty and rewards program that drives both aspects with the same measurable goal and outcome.
Session two looks at the increasing importance of protection against the dangers of fraudulent gift card and loyalty program use. Our panel will discuss everything from account takeovers to decisioning software. We’ll also find out how the industry can support a new national campaign led by UK Finance.
Either side of these in-depth debates, you’ll have time to meet with other, like-minded individuals. We’ll even work some magic behind-the-scenes to make sure you have the opportunity to talk shop with the attendees who could benefit your business most.
