The Loyalty People are introducing a new video podcast called 'Loyalty Chats with TLP', which will feature our MD, The Loyalty People. This podcast will focus on conversations about the most recent and innovative news in the Loyalty sector, as well as how it will impact the industry as a whole.
This first episode builds on a poll that was released two weeks ago regarding the CMA's review of membership costs and how it impacts food retail loyalty programs.
Overall, the majority of our community voted that there is nothing wrong rewarding loyalty to your customers.
