Top 5 Reasons why your Loyalty Program is struggling

✈️ 🏆Winners of the Annual Freddie Awards

The Freddie Awards aim to offer a voice to frequent flyers and to recognise the work of an industry with over 300 million members globally. In recent years they have extended the awards to Hotels and Loyalty Credit Cards.

The Loyalty People would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the winners of this years awards, as we go through our personal favourites from this year.

Congratulations to TAP Air Portugal and their innovative Miles&Go loyalty scheme which won awards for 'Best Elite Program', 'Best Redemption Ability' and '210' Award.

TAP Air Portugal is the staple carrier of Portugal, with their hub based in Lisbon. If you are travelling with TAP Air Portugal you can earn Mile&Go points based on a percentage of flown miles, ranging from 10% for the lowest bargain economy rates to 200% for top executive fares.

Moving on to hotels, we would like to congratulate Accor Live Limitless for winning the 'Best Customer Service' Award.

With the Accor Live Limitless program, members can earn points that may be used for a discount on future stays. ALL is also partnered with many international airlines, and the miles can be transferred into Accor points. Its great to see ALL working seamlessly with many popular airlines so their customers can benefit with saving when staying at their Accor hotels.
