These Expert Panel Terms ("Terms") set out the basis on which consultants and practitioners are included in the TLP Expert Panel, operated by The Loyalty People Ltd ("TLP," "we," "us," or "our").
By accepting an invitation to join the TLP Expert Panel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you have any questions, contact us at legal@theloyaltypeople.global.
The TLP Expert Panel is a curated group of consultants and practitioners selected by TLP. All applications and nominations are reviewed by TLP, and acceptance is at TLP's sole discretion.
Being accepted to the panel does not confer any contractual right to remain on it. TLP may decline any application and may remove any panel member at any time (see Section 10).
Participation in the TLP Expert Panel does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or other formal commercial relationship between you and TLP. You remain entirely independent.
You are not a representative, employee, or spokesperson of TLP. You are responsible for your own professional conduct, your client relationships, the services you deliver, and your own legal and tax obligations.
Being on the TLP Expert Panel means TLP may choose to feature or promote your expertise. It does not mean TLP is responsible for your work or liable for your services.
Participation in the TLP Expert Panel is not a paid arrangement. TLP does not pay consultants for being listed, featured, or included on the panel.
Participation is based on visibility, access to TLP's platform and community, and the potential opportunities that may arise. It does not guarantee any financial return.
TLP provides visibility and connection opportunities but does not guarantee commercial outcomes. Specifically, TLP makes no guarantee of:
TLP may feature, promote, or introduce panel members at its discretion, based on relevance, platform activity, and commercial fit. This is not a commitment and may change at any time. TLP does not guarantee response, engagement, or participation from other members, brands, or organisations.
By joining the TLP Expert Panel, you grant TLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
You confirm that you have the right to share the information and materials you provide to TLP, and that their use by TLP in accordance with these Terms does not infringe any third-party rights.
If you wish to update or remove your profile information at any time, contact us at letstalk@theloyaltypeople.global. Requests will be acted on promptly.
As a member of the TLP Expert Panel, you agree to:
You remain solely responsible for any agreements, engagements, or outcomes arising from your work.
We encourage panel members to promote their involvement with TLP. This is not a requirement. Sharing your participation publicly — on LinkedIn, your own website, or in your marketing materials — is welcomed and benefits both you and TLP.
Where you reference TLP or your panel membership in your own communications, please ensure that:
TLP's logo and brand assets may not be used in external materials without our prior written approval. To request approval, contact letstalk@theloyaltypeople.global. You must not position yourself as acting on behalf of TLP unless explicitly agreed in writing.
If you create your own external communications that reference TLP — such as press releases, social media announcements, or published articles — please ensure they are accurate and consistent with TLP's positioning.
TLP reserves the right to request changes or removal of any external communication that contains inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresentative statements about TLP, its services, or its community. TLP will manage this reasonably.
These Terms do not create any commercial obligation between TLP and panel members. Any arrangement involving referral fees, revenue sharing, paid engagements, or other commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing before any such activity commences.
Nothing in these Terms implies or creates any entitlement to commercial engagement, financial compensation, or preferential commercial treatment from TLP.
TLP may remove any consultant from the Expert Panel at any time, at its sole discretion, and without obligation to provide a reason.
You may also withdraw from the panel at any time by notifying us at letstalk@theloyaltypeople.global. On withdrawal or removal, TLP will remove your profile from public-facing platform listings within a reasonable period.
TLP may update the structure of the Expert Panel, how panel members are featured, or these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify panel members in advance where reasonably practicable.
Continued participation in the TLP Expert Panel following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available at theloyaltypeople.global/expert-panel-terms.
TLP processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at theloyaltypeople.global/privacy-policy. Information you provide as part of your panel membership will be used to operate and promote the panel as described in these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
