These Terms govern your access to and use of the website theloyaltypeople.global and all services provided by The Loyalty People Ltd ("TLP," "we," "us," or "our"), including TLP Collective, our professional community platform hosted on Circle (tlpcollective.co), and any consulting, research, content, or training services we provide.
Separate terms apply to vendors and commercial partners — please refer to our Vendor and Media Partner Terms at theloyaltypeople.global/partner-terms.

Consulting, research, and strategy engagements are subject to a separate written Statement of Work or engagement letter. These Terms apply to the extent not inconsistent with that agreement.
TLP may offer training programmes, online courses, or cohort-based learning products. Enrolment constitutes a separate agreement, the terms of which will be presented at the point of purchase or enrolment.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts where these Terms have been breached.
TLP does not moderate all content in real time and is not responsible for member-generated content posted within TLP Collective. Content posted by members reflects their individual views, not those of TLP. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content we consider to be in breach of these standards, without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from TLP Collective.
Certain areas of TLP Collective and our website content are available free of charge. Free membership may be subject to limitations on access or features.
Paid membership tiers grant access to additional content, events, discussions, or resources. Fees and benefits will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Circle's payment infrastructure. TLP does not store payment card details.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused membership time unless required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact legal@theloyaltypeople.global.
We will provide no less than 30 days' written notice before any fee change takes effect. Continued membership following a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Content published on our website and within TLP Collective is provided for information and professional development purposes only. Nothing in our content constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, or commercial advice.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TLP's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TLP in the 12 months preceding the claim, or GBP 50 for free users. TLP is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation.
TLP is not liable for any service interruption, data loss, or technical issues attributable to Circle's platform. Circle's own terms and liability provisions govern the operation of TLP Collective.
TLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, failure of third-party platforms, or industrial action.
Our website and TLP Collective may contain links to third-party websites or partner resources. These are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement by TLP. Our Partner Directory lists third-party vendors and solution providers. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a TLP recommendation or endorsement unless explicitly stated in writing.
TLP processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at theloyaltypeople.global/privacy-policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. TLP Collective data is also subject to Circle's Privacy Policy at circle.so/privacy.
TLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to TLP or our community, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting legal@theloyaltypeople.global. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated no less than 14 days before they take effect. The latest version will always be available at theloyaltypeople.global/terms.
