Top 5 Reasons why your Loyalty Program is struggling
Hello everyone and season's greetings to you all.
I just wanted to thank you all for following our community this year and we all really hope that you enjoyed the content we have provided.
We’ve seen some very interesting developments across the loyalty sector this year and I think some of my favourites have been Pret-a-Manager’s drinks subscription here in the UK, as well as the launch of Tickit by Dubai Holdings – a retail estate programme of c.3k outlets – powered by card-linked technology.
Great examples of a subscription-based model and of using technology to create a frictionless customer journey. I am sure we will see more of this type of programme in 2023, and I also think that programmes that create emotional connections with the customer will see huge success.
The Loyalty People have had a great year and we are thrilled to see the community grow from c.3.5k global loyalty practitioners to over 5.5k. We must be providing really interesting content to keep you all engaged! Thanks again for following us on LinkedIn and subscribing to our newsletter.
We’ve worked with some amazing brands this year to help develop their customer strategy and implement loyalty, such as Decathlon, Papa Johns Pizza, Coach, Kate Spade, Christian Louboutin and Carolina Herrera, among others. It’s been such a pleasure to work with these prestigious brands this year.
We wish you all a fantastic Christmas and a prosporous 2023.
Many thanks for your support this year!
Tom and Carmen,
The Loyalty People
