🏨 Raddisson Group revamp loyalty program.
After the industry took a huge hit during the global pandemic, Raddisson Group is trying to get business back to pre-pandemic levels. They have simplified Radisson Rewards, removing one loyalty level making the highest level now significantly easier to achieve. This makes it easier for customers to earn the VIP treatment and a unique experience too.
🍩 Dunkin' angered customers with rewards program changes.
When making upgrades to their rewards program Dunkin' removed rewards that their customers loved, or made them harder to achieve. Customers described the upgraded reward program as confusing and obtuse. Lesson to learn: always listen to your customers!
💰 Mortgage lender Rocket introduces a new loyalty program.
In a bid to help customers save money, the program will enable them to accrue points that can be redeemed toward various financial transactions across the Rocket Platform. With the launch of the first phase of the program, homebuyers can use reward points to save money on their closing costs when financing their home purchase through Rocket Mortgage.
👯♀️ A partnership between Delta and Starbucks.
Starbucks has announced it is partnering with Delta Airlines to offer customers enrolled in both loyalty programs the ability to link their accounts to earn one mile per $1 spent on eligible purchases at Starbucks. On days when they have a scheduled flight with Delta customers will earn double stars.
🛒 Supermarket Morrisons revealed exclusive deals for loyalty card members.
Morrisons is taking on Tesco's Clubcard scheme with exclusive deals for My Morrison users. Set to roll out in supermarkets this month, the promotion will include two for £6 on Heroes and half price on Ben & Jerry's ice cream!
