3. Pet's At Home's VIP Club
Pets at Home is the UK's leading pet care business, the VIP Club has over 10 million members (and their humans!). Pet's at Home has focussed on providing mass personalisation to their members, with content across email and the VIP app featuring personalised imagery that reflects not only the owner’s pet type but also the breed and name. The program also includes other values such as 'Lifelines' donations to charity, 'Find my VIP' for lost pets and heaps of free tips and advice.

2. Avios
Avios turns everyday spending into exciting travel rewards. The key value here is the member can decide exactly how they want to burn the points they've earned. Members can choose from airline partner flights, 100,000 hotel's across the world, car hire, incredible experiences and more! Members can also convert points to Sainsbury's Nectar points, and vice versa. It doesn't end there, the tiered program gives members access to airport lounges, extra baggage, first-class check-in and more.

1. Amazon Prime
The core of Amazon's growth comes from its premium loyalty program, Amazon Prime. Amazon truly listens to their customers, who want instant gratification and addressed a common pain point - shipping costs! Physiologically, Amazon Prime members continue to show their loyalty to Amazon to justify the annual member's fee. Other benefits such as Prime Video, Amazon Music, Prime Reading and access to exclusive shopping events such as Prime Day add extra value for the members.
