The Loyalty People are happy to share the latest case study from our partner Future Platforms. This case study explores Future Platforms collaboration with Virgin Active in designing and developing their new global mobile app which focuses on a innovative customer loyalty program.

The app offers features to assist members to maximise their membership whether working out in the gym or elsewhere, through the app's online classes . In addition to the new loyalty programme Future Platforms collaborated with new providers of membership management services to ensure that they deliver a terrific experience for key journeys like class booking, introducing a friend, and finding a new trainer. The app has become the focal point for driving a larger digital change within Virgin Active.
After a successful introduction in South Africa, the new experience will soon be made available in another 8 global markets.
