A common debate that we have in our office is what is the correct word for loyalty programs...or programmes?
We have always agreed that it should be loyalty programs, but we know many companies and individuals tend to use the latter instead. So after a few serious topics with you all, we would like to ask our community "Do you say Loyalty Program or Programme?".
Rest assured this is a judgement free zone, so there are no wrong answers!

Two weeks ago we asked our community "Can AR and VR be Successfully Implemented into Loyalty Programs?
From our four options, 61% voted "Yes to enhance customer experience, 22% voted "Maybe just for gamification, 10% voted " All of that and more" and 7% voted "No, this doesn't help loyalty.
It will be interesting to see how AR and VR technology will evolve in the near future, and if companies have thought of other ways to implement the technology into their loyalty scheme.
