In this episode I am joined again by Andrew Mann from NorthBailey (formerly Nectar, Tesco Clubcard. Coop and M&S Loyalty Guru) and Anders Mittag from Lobyco (formerly Coop Denmark). We previously recorded a podcast where we discussed the great successes in grocery loyalty and the new challenges facing the sector.

In this latest episode we discuss how shopper marketing has revolutionised grocery retail and what this means for other sectors. Many grocers have utilised the customer data to create very successful shopper marketing business models, that enable brands (and own label) to create highly targeted customer engagements, based on purchase behaviours and optimised instore media.
