In this episode I am joined by Andrew Mann of North Bailey and Anders Mittag of Lobyco, as we discuss the current and future challenges for grocery loyalty Andrew now runs his very successful consultancy business, North Bailey and has previously held senior positions at Tesco Clubcard, Nectar, M&S loyalty and Coop in the UK. Anders is Chief Commercial Officer at Lobyco, a loyalty and Shopper Marketing agency spun off the success of the Coop Denmark programme, with global grocery clients. In this episode we discuss the challenges approaching grocers in the next few years.
