In this course, students will learn the key requirements, tools, platforms, staffing, and resources required to run a modern digital, multi-channel loyalty program.
Students will learn the basics of creating an implementation plan, a launch plan, and an ongoing operational model. This course will discuss basic budgeting, identify key pillars of loyalty operations, review basic organizational structures, and explore the in-source versus outsource equation.
