110 – Introduction to Loyalty Communications

In this course, students will learn the best practices for digital communication within a loyalty program context.
Students will receive an overview of drip-dialog strategies, will learn the difference between promotions, campaigns, and relationship-driven dialog, and will explore the requirements of using customer data to deliver personalized, relevant messages that demonstrate relationship continuity across devices, digital channels, and customer touch points.
The course will also incorporate case studies and best practice examples.
