This course is designed as the “final exam” for all students who have completed the Core Curriculum and desire to receive their certification as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) from the Loyalty Academy.
Students will receive a case study based on a real-world example of a client seeking consultation on the potential launch of a customer loyalty program. Using the tools, principles, and best practices learned from the Core Curriculum, students will design a program for the client including choosing the loyalty model, designing the value proposition, and building financial projections. Students will present their finished deliverables to a faculty panel for evaluation.
This course is designed to be taken in-person; however, special consideration can be granted for virtual course completion
